Dr. Ani Datastanyan is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s and doctorate degree in Marital and Family Therapy. She is licensed to practice in California, Nevada, Utah, Virginia, and Florida. Dr. Datastanyan is known for her compassionate and dedicated approach to helping individuals overcome the shame and stigma associated with substance use and mental health disorders.
She has extensive experience working with individuals struggling with dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders and is committed to fostering an inclusive and culturally sensitive therapeutic environment. She serves individuals, couples and families from diverse religious, ethnic, and racial backgrounds, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. Dr. Datastanyan has expertise in a range of therapeutic techniques.
She is also an EMDR-trained and Brainspotting-trained clinician, allowing her to effectively support individual dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and various other mental health disorders. Her integrative approach empowers individuals to heal, build resilience, and regain control of their lives.
